Refund Policy (For the Institution)

First: General Principles

This policy applies to all cases of full or partial refunds.

The end beneficiary/customer shall not be charged any fees or deductions in any refund case.

The "Second Party" shall bear all fees and commissions as specified in this policy.

Second: Refund and Withdrawal Fees

1. During the first month from the date of the first payment:

Full Refund: No fees shall be deducted.

Partial Refund: A fixed fee of SAR 200 shall apply.

2. After the first month and before the lapse of (3) months:

Full Refund: A fixed fee of SAR 200 shall apply.

Partial Refund: 50% of Jeel Pay's commission on the refunded amount. Plus a fixed fee of SAR 200.

3. After the lapse of (3) months:

Full or Partial Refund: Deduction of 100% of Jeel Pay's commission percentage.

For the purposes of this clause, "JeelPay's commission percentage" means the commercial percentage agreed upon in the main agreement between the two parties.

Third: Operational Obligations

The Second Party shall submit refund requests completed through the approved channels and respond within (3) business days.

The First Party shall review the requests, while the Second Party shall determine the deductible amounts, provided that such determination shall not constitute automatic approval.

Refunds shall be processed after completion of the operational and financial review, and all periods shall be calculated starting from the date of the first payment.

In the event that a purchase transaction or installment scheduling has been executed and a refund is subsequently requested, the fees shall remain payable by the Second Party.
